As a provider, we are committed to ethical tech and the responsible operation of our infrastructure. We strongly distance ourselves from any form of abuse, whether technical, personal or ideological.

Abuse is not a prank, not a protest, and not part of any justified cause. If our platform is being misused, we expect it to be reported โ€“ and we will take appropriate action without hesitation.

๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช German Criminal Code (StGB): ยง 202a/b (data espionage/interception), ยง 303a/b (data sabotage), ยง 263a (computer fraud), ยง 184 ff. (illegal content), ยง 226 TKG (telecom abuse).

๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ EU Law: Directive (EU) 2013/40 on attacks against information systems (implemented in DE via StGB ยงยง above).

๐ŸŒ International: Convention on Cybercrime (Budapest Convention, ETS No. 185).

Abuse reports may be shared with affected parties or authorities if necessary. In severe cases, OpenDucks reserves the right to file a criminal complaint.

โ— False abuse reports or misuse of this channel (e.g. spamming abuse@openducks.org, impersonation or trolling) may themselves constitute a criminal offense (ยง 145d StGB: "Pretending criminal offense").
