Partner tiers and discounts

Partner and reseller discounts depend on tier, service type, operating cost, support scope and contract model. Strategic partner pricing can be agreed individually.

How reseller end customers log in

End customers use the normal customer portal login. Their dashboard, invoices, contracts, services and documents are the normal customer UI, with a visible partner relationship such as “Served through Partner XY”. Reseller accounts use the dedicated Partner Login to enter the reseller panel.
