We have scheduled a maintenance window for DE-BER1 region to perform tasks on the networking. All hosts will be shut down and switches will be replaced, critical services have already been migrated to DE-FRA-1 region. The maintenance should take around 4 hours and should be done latest by 18:00 CET

Update 2026-07-10 23:50:00: The issue has been resolved.
Update 2026-07-10 17:37:00: We have identified the issue, deployed a fix and are currently letting new connections in. We will now monitor the situation.

We have identified an issue with our customer portal and are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, certain pages may take longer to load or login might fail.
Power Outage: DE-BER1
We are currently expieriencing a power outage in our DE-BER1 region and are currently preparing recovery. We expect all services to be operational again at 2026-06-11 19:00:00
