One of our third-party vendors is currently enrolling a patch to the whole infrastructure which might cause service interruptions for up to 30 minutes once per Virtual Machine / Service. We are currently monitoring the situation, as far we do not see any issues.

Update 2026-07-10 23:50:00: The issue has been resolved. Update 2026-07-10 17:37:00: We have identified the issue, deployed a fix and are currently letting new connections in. We will now monitor the situation. We are currently investigating issues about a faulty proxy for DE-BER1 region. Certain websites may not be available right now.

We have scheduled a maintenance window for DE-BER1 region to perform tasks on the networking. All hosts will be shut down and switches will be replaced, critical services have already been migrated to DE-FRA-1 region. The maintenance should take around 4 hours and should be done latest by 18:00 CET
