Where German and English versions of this legal document are available, the German version takes precedence unless an individually signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
OpenDucks IT uses open-source software in websites, hosting environments, scripts, libraries, tooling and managed services. This notice provides a general attribution framework.
Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses. Where attribution, copyright notices, source-code availability or license texts are required, OpenDucks IT provides them in project documentation, repositories, package files or customer-specific notices.
Depending on the project, components may include PHP libraries, JavaScript packages, Linux distributions, web server software, database systems, icon libraries, CSS frameworks, Python tools and monitoring components.
