After your mail plan has been activated and depending on your setup, you might need to do some changes manually, we have listed them for you below:
Configure DNS records
Go to your DNS / Domain Registrar's website and add the following DNS records to your domain:
- Type: MX, Name: [your-domain], Value: mail.yadim.xyz
- Type: CNAME, Name: autodiscover.[your-domain].[tld], Value: mail.yadim.xyz
- Type: CNAME, Name: autoconfig.[your-domain].[tld], Value: mail.yadim.xyz
- Type: TXT, Name: [your-domain], Value: ?v=spf1 a mx ip:57.129.61.43 ~all
DMARC Record
Please set up the DMARC record accordingly. You can use the assistant.
DKIM Record
Your DKIM key will be provided to you within the customer portal.
Please create a new TXT entry and name it "dkim._domainkey.[your-domain].[tld]" and as the value the contents of the DKIM file.
What to do next?
After you have created all entries, wait at least half an hour to six hour for the DNS changes to replicate globally. It may take longer in some cases but should not exceed more than 1 day.
After that period, you can test sending emails from your account. If you have any issues, raise a support request.
